I have been part of startup journeys where everything had to be built from the ground up, including ventures like Mind-ready, Embrace, and Meta-foam. This experience, combined with my tenure at international corporations such as HCL Infosystems, has shaped my leadership approach. The challenges ahead fuel my motivation, and I lead my team with clarity and purpose to meet business objectives.
